If you’ve tried my regular AirFryerCauliflower recipe, you’ll totally love this one too. Pair it with a yummy, creamy dip, and you’ll satisfy every craving.
I love to make this recipe for guests, as it’s a great finger food that’s perfect to eat when watching movies or just hanging out! These cauliflower wings are incredibly easy to make and require just 20 minutes from start to finish.
Using just seven ingredients (including serving additions), this cauliflower is a quick and simple recipe! I’m using Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce.
Olive Oil : Helps the seasonings stick to the cauliflower while also allowing the florets to get extra crispy. Select your favorite creamy dip for serving.
Mix : In a large bowl, gently stir together cauliflower and all remaining ingredients. Place cauliflower in air fryer : Arrange cauliflower in a single layer (working in batches if they don’t all fit in a single layer).
For this recipe, creamy dips work wonderfully for pairing. To cook this in an oven, bake in a single layer at 450 °F (230 °C) for about 25 minutes.
No cornstarch needed to make this deliciously crispy tofu recipe! More often than not, I toss my produce of choice in a little salt, pepper & avocado oil, throw it in the oven and rely on my dressings/sauces to add personality.
Yes, this method creates a delicious result, but I also think I’ve gotten a little lazy in the last year. I think I’d convinced myself that no matter how fabulous my veggies are, I’m always going to prefer the main event on my plate: the meatloaf, the pasta, the tofu…you get the idea.
This past Spring I went to NYC for my cookbook tour, and I had the chance to eat at By Chloe, an excellent vegan fast-food chain that makes Air -Baked fries. Let me tell you all, my baby boo air fryer lover is HERE TO STAY, and I sorta can’t remember life before.
The air fryer also manages to texturize the outside of the food, while keeping the inside much more M-O-I-S-T than any other cooking method. In sum, I have now consistently used and loved my air fryer for almost 6 months, so I am confident enough to share about it with you all.
And for my inaugural recipe post, I chose this downright ADDICTING AirFryerBuffaloCauliflower. I randomly threw this combo together a few weeks ago, and I ended up eating the entire batch over a 4-hour period (wouldn’t recommend), so I knew it was a keeper.
Repeat with remaining cauliflower, except lower cook time to 9-10 minutes. To reheat, add back to air fryer for 1-2 minutes, until warmed through and slightly crispy.
Just like the oven baked mozzarella sticks recipe, almost everything in this recipe is naturally gluten free, you can use gluten free pinko to make this if needed. I will say I have made them both ways and using non gluten free pinko is a LITTLE crispier.
You don't want the cauliflower touching as they cook, or they won't get crunchy Recipes written and produced on Food Faith Fitness are for informational purposes only.

AirFryerBuffaloCauliflower is a delicious snack or savory appetizer perfect for dipping in your favorite blue cheese or ranch dressing! One of my favorite things to order at restaurants is fried cauliflower wings.
I thought it would be fun, and let’s be real, really freaking tasty, to make an air fried buffalo cauliflower recipe. It calls for pure florets with some spices, roasted to perfection in the oven and then smothered with buffalo goodness.
In this recipe I’m going for the classic breaded buffalo cauliflower wing, but instead of deep-frying it, we are air frying it which requires way less oil and mess. Smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to be exact.
I used a bottled buffalo sauce from the grocery store, but you can definitely make your own! In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, and spices.
Spread the Cali bites out on the trays or on the bottom of the basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400F for 15 minutes, making sure to toss the cauliflower halfway through so it cooks evenly.
I wish I could go into an in depth post about the pro’s and con’s of all the brands of air fryers out there. But, I don’t have the time or money to invest in that type of endeavor.
