Silver wood recommends a light oiling of the tray to ensure your bakes do not stick. The heat distribution and retention on this sheet is excellent, and our cookies spread quickly and evenly.
But, this sheet only needs a quick wipe with a damp cloth after use for it to look like new again. On test, the non-stick surface performed so well, it was hard to stop the cookies sliding off all by themselves when moving the sheet in and out of the oven.
