Well shit. I took a leap on Prime Day, and bought the Instant Pot Duo Crisp, the 8-quart with the air fryer lid. I'm not 100% convinced that the air fryer will be a big part of my life just yet, like the Instant Pot pressure cooker has been, but it will be fun to mess around with and make snacks.

Medium-sized golden potatoes, cut up, sprayed with avocado oil, tossed with Johnny's salt, garlic powder and some Greek rub. Cooked in the Instant Pot Duo Crisp air fryer for about 24 minutes total at 400 degrees, tossed and turned a few times.

Served with barbecue sauce on the side for me, and ketchup for her. Air fryers are the best thing to happen to cooking recently.

I baked a pork tenderloin and sausage and turned out very good. The bake setting heats up superfast and less time than our oven.

Then seasoned the sticks, rolled them in flour, and put them back into the freezer on parchment paper. When it was dinner time, I rolled them in an egg wash, then some expired pinko bread crumbs from the back of the cupboard, with some smoked paprika, cumin and a couple of other things added.
