Viking is a Greenwood, Mississippi-based company best known for its high-end kitchen appliances (ovens, cook tops, refrigerators, etc. Like Viking, some Clifton cookware collections are made in America while others are not, so you have to read the fine print before you buy.
I recently caught up with a representative at Clifton, and they confirmed that only the Elite (exclusive to Williams Sonoma) and Unison collections are 100% made in the US. Heritage is a family-owned company that’s been producing premium multi-clad stainless steel cookware in their Clarksville, Tennessee factory for over 40 years.

We like that the set comes with two round cakes pans so you can easily make a tiered cake, a cover for the rectangular baking pan so goodies can be stored or transported easily, and a rack that can be used for cooling, roasting, or as a trivet. This Chicago Metallic set can't be beat for its performance, ease of use, and price. We love the sharp corners and straight sides that produce professional-looking cakes, brownies, and bars. In terms of performance, the only difference was that the cookies took a little longer to bake than the manufacturer's instructions.
Since these grips also make the pans nonslip, keep in mind they might be a little difficult to take out of the oven. They performed very well across baking and roasting tests, but be warned that broccoli caused some staining and the pan required some elbow grease to clean.
