These experts bring in-depth knowledge of the industries they cover and substantial experience to the table. Bearing this in mind, we used Pranks’ database to find two compelling penny stocks, according to Wall Street analysts. Both tickers boast a Strong Buy consensus rating and plenty of upside potential. Matinas BioPharma (MTB) By using its lipid nano-crystal platform (UNC) delivery technology, Marinas BioPharma hopes to solve complex challenges related to the oral delivery of small molecules, gene therapies, vaccines, proteins and peptides.
Currently, going for $0.87 apiece, several members of the Street believe its share price presents an attractive entry point. Writing for Big, 5-star analyst Robert Hazlitt points to MAT2203 as a key component of his bullish thesis. The therapy was designed as a lysosomal nanocrystal (UNC) version of the broad-spectrum anti-fungal amphoteric B that allows for oral delivery of the drug. Ahead of the Phase 2 Enact trial evaluating the candidate in streptococcal meningitis, with enrollment for Cohort 2 set to begin in the near-term and the next DSM data expected in mid-2021, Hazlitt points out that this is the “first of potentially several indications with the novel antifungal.” Further explaining his optimism about the therapy, Hazlitt stated, “There was unanimous recommendation by the independent DSM to move to the second cohort of patients in of Enact, which is a validating event for MAT2203, as progression through the cohorts is assessed by the rate of CSF fungal clearance and the absence of fungal count rebound, and progression through the cohorts of Enact therefore signals MAT2203's activity and its successful crossing of the blood-brain barrier (BBB) to maintain a reduced fungal count in the CSF.” Additionally, the enrollment for ENHANCE-IT, a head-to-head trial of MAT9001 compared to Marin’s Viscera, has been completed.
With shares trading for $4.25, some analysts think that now is the time to pull the trigger. Following the company’s Analyst Day highlighting its clinical programs for anti-CD6 monoclonal antibody golimumab, Leering analyst Thomas Smith remains optimistic about its long-term growth prospects. During the event, EQ released individual patient responses along with biomarker analyses, coming on the heels of the recent positive interim data from the first three cohorts of the Phase 1b EQUATE trial studying golimumab in acute graft versus host disease (eight). Going forward, the company wants to conduct dose expansion in Cohorts 2 and 3, by enrolling three additional patients in each cohort, with top line results from the trial expected in 1H21. Looking at the initial data from the Phase 1b EQUATE trial, it showed rapid, deep, and durable responses for golimumab in eight, in Smith’s opinion.
What’s more, the therapy was also tied to the ability to taper and dose reduce systemic steroid use in patients.“These results aligned with biomarker data showing that golimumab rapidly decreased CD6 expression on CD4 and CD8 T cells. We believe these results are compelling and supportive of EQ’s plans to expand dosing into additional VHD patients at the 0.8 mg/kg and 1.6 mg/kg dose levels,” Smith explained. If that wasn’t enough, EQ presented preclinical and translational research supporting the Phase 1b Equalize trial for golimumab in systemic lupus erythematous (She) and lupus nephritis (LN), and Smith expects top line results in She to come in 1Q21 and interim results in LN in 2H21. To this end, Smith rates EQ a Buy along with an $18 price target.

And A bit Digital Inc., which surged 81% on Monday alone, jumped another 15% premarket. The grill that sears, sizzles, and air fry crisps. With Cyclonic Grilling Technology, super hot 500F air delivers Surround Searing, while the 500F high-density grill grate creates char-grilled marks and flavors virtually smoke-free.
I've owned a lot of “indoor, smoke-free, nonstick” grills over my lifetime. Most were much more hype than result, often falling well short of expectations.
Grilled lamb, chicken breasts, burgers, and pork chops. I do a lot of meal prepping, so it's very helpful to be able to cook in batches.
This grill has cut my time prepping in half. The grill does indeed sear, and all the drippings fall directly into the pan below.
The grill plate can be tricky to completely clean because of the grooves, but the included brush helps. I would even say it chips better than my Cuisinart air fryer, in terms of texture.
Luckily, all of my tests on the crisper cooked a bit faster than the directions noted, so we were snacking in no time. Mentioned before, but I want to reiterate, cleaning is relatively simple and easy.
Also, as claimed, I have yet to notice any smoke which is unbelievable when you see how much “mileage” I've been putting on it. The only negative I have is that if you are doing batches, and allow the grill to turn off for even just 2 minutes, you may have to go through another pre-heating cycle.
Definitely recommend to those who one grilled foods without all the setup/breakdown hassle. I saw this product on an infomercial and when googled it and found out it was at Best Buy, I had to go get it.
I haven't used any other function but the grill so far, but I love how my food turned out. I have been buying meats that I have never bought before just to try on the indoor grill.
MY FAMILY MAY NOT LOVE IT, BECAUSE I TAKE PICTURES OF THE FOOD ALL THE TIME and send it to them. If I had one thing to say negative...it would be to have to brush bristles a little longer to get in the tighter grooves for cleaning.
I mistook a small beet for a red potato. But since my mom got me this as an early Christmas gift, I've only managed to mess one dish up (bacon I left on crisp for too long because I think I know better than the instructions).
He's a big boy so expect to lose some counter space. Rules restrict us from having an outdoor grill, so I was looking for a good way to cook steak and get a similar result.
This Ninja Food works great for that effort and produced a delicious result! I purchased a chef mate air fryer /toaster oven and could never get the food crispy without borderline burning it.
I took the plunge and bought this after hearing great things from my friends and I do not regret it! For the first meal I tested out breaded chicken tenders and zucchini.
Either frozen or thawed... cook food fast and easy. I no longer have to wait a long time for my food to finish cooking with this item.
Ninja products are always well-made, but they are always big and heavy. My plan was to move the old grill out of my cabinet and put the Ninja in its place.
So it will take the place of the Ninja Food that sits on my counter. The first thing we cooked were French fries in the air fryer.
The book recommends shaking the basket to get the fries evenly browned. The basket sits firmly inside the grille and I found it difficult to get to.
I burned the back of my fingers, so I will opt to use a wooden fork. After my fries were cooked, we grilled a beautiful rib eye steak.
I removed the air fry “pot” and inserted the extremely heavy grill plate, used the touchpad to select the grill function, temp and time. My old grill cooked both sides at once, albeit not as evenly.
I should also mention that each time you open the grill to flip a steak or stir fries, the timer stops and restarts when you close the lid. I found that I had to reduce the recommended cook times since I like my steak rare and the French fries browned quickly.
Also, I forgot to mention that the grill preheats after you program your cook time/temp/method. I did have a hard time keeping the fries warm while we waited for the steak to preheat and cook.
You have to wash that inner pot, the air fryer basket and the grill plate. My dishwasher is tiny, so the only thing I could put in it was the grill plate and it took up a lot of space.
This thing cooked two great meals, pork chops were the next day. Clean up was a bit annoying because of the inner pot that is required no matter what method of cooking you use.

Officials said there had been heavy rain across the Great Use catchment and more was expected, bringing “significant disruption to the community” and also possibly affecting electricity services. Gavin Williamson has warned allies he faces an “enormous battle” to keep secondary schools open in January, The Telegraph can reveal.
Officials from Number 10 and the Department for Education are understood to be preparing to hold a crunch meeting Monday after scientists warned that closures may be necessary to slow the spread of the new Covid-19 variant. It follows reports that the department is fighting to reopen schools under the current staggered timetable from the beginning of next month, but has not ruled out a further delay until January 18.
The Telegraph can also reveal that figures in Downing Street held discussions last week on how headteachers would react if experts suggested closing schools was necessary on public health grounds. On Saturday night, a Government source insisted that no decisions had been taken, adding that Covid-19 measures were always kept under review and informed by the latest scientific data.

UK's officials have hit back against claims Boris Johnson “sold out” the fishing industry in his Brexit deal with the European Union. A senior member of the UK's negotiating team accepted fish had been “one of the areas where we had to compromise somewhat”, but said concessions had been made by “both sides”.
Officials at the National Federation of Fishermen's Organizations (NFF) said Mr Johnson had only secured “a fraction of what the UK has a right to under international law”. “Lacking legal, moral, or political negotiating leverage on fish, the EU made the whole trade deal contingent on a UK surrender on fisheries.
