I am going to show you guys how to make an egg list chocolate cake in a pressure cooker. For the cake I'm going to mix batter first for the chocolate cake first I'm going to mix the dry ingredients for this I've taken one and a half cups of or all-purpose flour to this I'm going to add one cup of sugar next add quarter cup of coco powder two teaspoons baking powder one and a half teaspoons baking soda mix everything together keep this aside next I am going to mix the wet ingredients for this take half cup of oil one cup of milk.

Instead of using butter paper this is a good technique to follow. So as you can see I have used a bed of rock salt for baking the cake or you can also use sand if you want a place to stand, so I am gonna place a plate on this I am going to keep the tin inside the cooker.

Bake the cake for one and a half hours on low flame. So don't keep opening the pressure cooker to check if it's baked because then it might become um it might dip in the center.

So make sure that you open the pressure cooker only after one and a half hours to check it the cake is cooked. Place the cake pan on the trivet, cover the instant pot with its lid and turn the knob to ‘sealing’. When the instant pot is depressurized, open the lid, and bring the cake out.

FOR VANILLA Add all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar) in a bowl then mix. In a separate bowl, add the butter and sugar and use a hand mixer to mix till light and fluffy.
