These wings are so versatile, you could also make them with the seasonings of your choice and leave off the buffalo sauce if you’d like. Make sure there is plenty of space between each wing, to allow the air to circulate properly.

And as I mentioned earlier, you can skip the sauces all together and just season the wings before you bake them. You can dip them in Homemade Ranch Dressing (or even use store bought) to cool them down a bit.

If you use the type that has the basket, I would pull the wings out midway through the cooking and give them a shake/flip. They’re nice and slim, so you can easily fit your hand in there to retrieve the racks.
