Aluminum’s tougher, nonstick cousin is super sturdy and light. A good option for those who want a chemical-free, nonstick surface with no need for butter or oil.

I grew up in a family of bakers and worked in restaurants for years as a server and have always been fascinated with culinary arts. One night, I was a little on the tipsy side, which in my opinion, is when I do my best cooking (I'm a little looser, I get into a flow, if you will) and I had a craving for tomato basil soup.

As a Chinese person I was always baffled when served Western-style vegetables; usually steamed or boiled in water with just salt as seasoning. It's much faster than roasting vegetables, and you can add a multitude of spices, garlic, green onions, liquids, all during the cooking process at varying times to get the most out of each flavoring.

For stir-frying vegetables your biggest enemy is water, preventing you from browning the veggies and getting them crispy. Oftentimes I start off the stir-fry with some sort of protein, throw in some soy sauce and other seasonings, and sear it in the pan until it has a crust.

Then scoop it out and throw in your veg and stir-fry at max heat, tossing and turning very frequently. Add back the meat to complete an entire dish that can be paired with rice.

Guarani then moves with the army when they relocate the headquarters to Rome, and his dish becomes a staple. There is a 1951 Roman comedy in which part of the job interview in a restaurant is whether the candidate can cook the dish.

Meanwhile, throughout the years in Rome the dish evolved into what we know today: bacon becomes glacial (as in the local Pasta Tricia and Americana), whole eggs become yolk, the eggs are emulsified without scrambling them, the Parmesan becomes pecorino Before I waste lemons though, I was wondering if anyone with a more refined taste palate or knowledge of how it would affect consistency could offer their opinion.

I have been using my Granite Stone Stack master pots and pan set now for a month and I love them. The fact the stack inside each other and only take minimal space is great in my small kitchen.

The lids even fit inside the pans which I have never seen before. Food doesn’t stick to these pans at all you can just wipe them clean.

I love the flat lids too because it makes storage much easier. We have a small kitchen with limited space and put all the 10-piece set away in just 1 cabinet.

Wow, is all I can say after trying the Granite Stone Stack master 10-piece set. As shown on TV I did it without oil or butter in the pan.

They cooked wonderful in the pan, but the juices did fry up hard. They stack up nicely in the cupboard with a minimal of space.

The clear glass covers fit tight and make watching your food cook easy. I was wondering where I was going to store them and was surprised at how little space I needed.

I thought I was going to have to get rid of some of my other pans to make room but I didn’t have to. I am a big fan Le Crest cookware, but since I’ve been using the Granite Stone cookware, I have a new favorite.

I tried it first with the worst things that stick to pan (eggs and pancakes). I was simply amazed that not only did I NOT use oil, butter or (nonstick spray which is not recommended), but nothing stuck to the pan.

I was able to wipe the same pan with a dry cloth and then proceed to scramble some eggs, and they were perfect as well. The pans heat more evenly and quickly than any other cookware I have used.

The sizes of the pots are perfectly made and deeper than a typical set and you get every size you could possibly need. Being able to perfectly attack the set saves a lot of space in the cabinets.

I have cooked rice, beans, eggs, soup, chili and steamed tamales in these so far, and they are great! I especially like the deep skillet (think it will be great for stir-fried items and the small skillet is perfect for eggs and such).

They have a good nonstick surface... they heat evenly, and are a breeze to clean. There seems to be a small gap where the edge of the lid meets the glass...

I used the pressure spray hose in my sink and it seems to clean it ok. Just wish it was sealed and the water didn’t pool in the edge of the lid. I have yet to find something that sticks to the pan that you can't just wipe off, no real ascribing required.

Also, the only negative I can come up with is the rivets (you can see them in the image) them two rivers tend to collect food, that requires you to check around them when washing the pans unlike the rest of the pan that can just be wiped clean in almost always one sweep. I would have no issue buying another set at that time whenever/if ever it is needed.
